硕士。1995-2004年在中国饲料工业协会从事尺度化、质量治理事情，现任国家饲料工程手艺研究中心研发中心副主任，中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学会动物营养应用手艺委yuan会（天下大型饲料企业手艺总监联谊会）秘书长，天下饲料工业尺度化手艺委yuan会委yuan。先后主持、加入国家尺度《饲料标签》尺度，为建设健全饲料工业尺度化系统事情做了大量的基础性事情，其中强制性国家《饲料标签》尺度于2004年获得优异国家尺度。加入了《饲料和饲料添加剂治理条例》等11个配套治理措施的修订事情。

He Participated in the revision of 11 supporting management measures including the "regulations on the administration of feed and feed additives".
