动物营养学博士。1992年推荐到中国农业大学，划分于1995年、1998年结业并获得动物生产硕士学位和动物营养博士学位。1998年，被法国格跃玛（GuYuMarch）聘为中国合资公司手艺部司理。1995年5匀蚊山东六和集团，业绩卓著，历经集团首席营养师、集团执行总裁手艺助理、集团河南片区总司理、集团预混料事业部总司理、集团猪业事业部总司理。在攻读学位和科学研究时代，在许多著名的学术刊物上揭晓30多篇科学研究学术文章。现在是中国动物营养学会会yuan、中国对外营养应用手艺委yuan会副主席、山东省畜牧协会生猪产销会分会专家组成yuan等。现任中外合资青岛爱基饲料公司董事长兼总司理，广东蓝狮平台农科技有限公司手艺照料。

With outstanding performance, he served as group chief nutritionist, group chief executive technical assistant, general manager of Henan area premix division, general manager of group premix division, general manager of group pig industry division. During his degree and scientific research, he have published more than 30 articles on scientific research in many famous academic journals. At present, he is the member of China animal nutrition society, the vice chairman of China foreign nutrition application technology committee, the member of expert group of pig production and marketing committee of shandong animal husbandry association. And he is the chairman and general manager of Qingdao AIJI Feed CO., LTD and the Technical consultant of GUANGDONG APPLON TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD now.
